Typography is the style/font of words. You can use typography to convey a feeling/expression. Using different fonts/styles would give the audience different opinions like if you have cursive style on a Caution!! bill board then it will be extremely to read caution or the message. Serif, Sans Serif, Monospaced, Script or Handwritten, and Display are the five fonts we learned in class. Typeface ComparisonI was asked to use 5 fonts so I used: Edition = Serif, Edition = Sans serif, JetBrains Mono = Monospaced, Major Mano Display = Handwritten, Syne Mono = Display fonts to do my typeface comparison assignment. They wanted me to use 1 word so I choose ok.... Word PortraitsThe instructions wanted me to get 20 words and 10 fonts on an A4 size document. I put 20 words and 10 fonts, so 2 words per 1 font.
